Welcome to myimages2pdf. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the myimages2pdf website and image-to-PDF conversion service (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

For the purpose of these Terms:

• "Service" refers to the myimages2pdf website and the image-to-PDF conversion functionality it provides.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Content" refers to images, PDFs, and any other files or data processed through the Service.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to myimages2pdf, the operator of the Service.
• "You" or "Your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate myimages2pdf, a myimages2pdf employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm myimages2pdf or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
• To upload, process, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
• To attempt to circumvent any security features or limitations of the Service.
• To interfere with the proper working of the Service, including by using any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

The Service is provided with the following limitations:

• A maximum of 20 images may be processed in a single conversion.
• The total size of all images in a single conversion must not exceed 50 MB.
• Only JPG, PNG, BMP, and GIF image formats are supported.
• The Service operates entirely in your browser; all processing is done client-side.
• We do not store your images or the resulting PDFs on our servers.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any guarantees of continuous or uninterrupted availability.

We reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time without prior notice.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of myimages2pdf and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of myimages2pdf.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your Content. By using the Service, you grant us no rights or licenses to your Content since all processing occurs locally in your browser and your Content is not transmitted to our servers.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the Content you process through the Service, or otherwise have the right to use such Content for this purpose.
• Your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MYIMAGES2PDF MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
• ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM MYIMAGES2PDF OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYIMAGES2PDF, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless myimages2pdf, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms;
• Your Content, or any material you process through the Service; or
• Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may discontinue using the Service at any time without informing us. Since we do not store your data or create user accounts, there is no formal account deletion process required.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and myimages2pdf regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
